Use of Programs

You can use these programs as they are or, preferably, customize them by inserting your own company-specific photographs and slides (by first copying it to your hard-drive as this is not a rewritable disc). Or, if you are still learning about the application of these standards, you can use them now as your own learning tools, and later incorporate them into your safety training. You may also print out all or some of the slides and use them as overheads - or, you can "hide" any slide that might not fit into your own presentation.
You will need a Microsoft PowerPoint® program and the ability to open up the slide show from a CD drive. Some of the slides are fully auto-animated and others require a mouse click so the slides keep pace with your own presentation. In the next several months, WorkSafe New England® and The Safety Training Consortium will develop programs on additional subparts and continue to upgrade the existing programs, by adding more speaker's notes and inserting additional photos and graphics.
